Geoff trained me way back when I was a Sales Development Rep. I was so impressed with his style of teaching and how he quickly establishes a great rapport with the reps, that years later, I hired him to train my sales teams. I moved into a Director role, and managed a large team of sales reps. The first person I thought of was Geoff, and getting him out to train my team.
